If the vehicle detects an imminent risk of an accident with a vehicle travelling in front, it automatically applies the brakes. If the vehicle's speed is between 35 km/h and 80 km/h, AEB warnings are displayed in the instrument panel. The brakes are only applied for a few seconds, and the driver must resume complete control of the vehicle.
